Abstract
<jats:p>В данной статье анализируется роман современного писателя А. Геласимова «Степные боги» в ракурсе проявления в нём степного архетипа. Приведён краткий экскурс в историю Приаргуньских степей, который помогает более глубокому пониманию идейно-тематического и сюжетно-образного строя произведения. Отмечается, что в романе прослеживаются черты автобиографии писателя, который родственными узами связан с забайкальским посёлком близ р. Аргунь. А. Геласимов следует сложившимся в русской словесности традициям в изображении степи: связывает ментальные особенности русского человека со степным пространством - местом его бытия, обращается к традиционным анималистическим и орнитологическим образам, которые маркируют пространство степи. Таким образом, выявляется преемственность степных образов и мотивов в ряду русских писателей, обращавшихся к степной теме. Вместе с тем в романной прозе Геласимова прослеживается индивидуально-авторское переосмысление классических мотивов, связанных со степным пространством.</jats:p> <jats:p>In this article, based on the material of A. Gelasimov's novel «Steppe Gods», the steppe archetype is analyzed. A brief excursion into the history of the Priargun steppes is given, which helps to better understand the ideological, thematic and plot-figurative structure of the work. It is noted that the novel traces the features of the autobiography of the writer, who is connected by family ties with a trans-Baikal settlement near the Argun River. Russian writer A. Gelasimov follows the traditions established in the Russian literature in depicting the steppe: he connects the mental characteristics of the Russian person with the steppe space - the place of his being, turns to traditional animalistic and ornithological images that mark the space of the steppe. Thus, the continuity of steppe images and motifs in a number of Russian writers who addressed the steppe theme is revealed. At the same time, Gelasimov's novel prose also traces the features of the author's original interpretation of the steppe space, as well as reinterpretation of classical motifs.</jats:p>
