Abstract
<jats:p>В статье впервые в научной среде приводятся факты из истории проектирования каменного собора в честь Благоверного князя Александра Невского для Ижевского завода, анализируются вопросы атрибуции проекта и степени вовлечённости в проект архитекторов А.Д. Захарова, С.Е. Дудина и Л. Руска. Являясь важным религиозным, социальным и культурным учреждением в Ижевском заводе в период с 1825-го по 1917 г., Александро-Невский собор оказывал влияние и на формирование архитектурного облика, и на развитие социальной среды поселения и мировоззрения его жителей. Анализ полной истории собора вкупе с интерпретацией архитектурных символов является частью изучения общей социокультурной картины Ижевского завода.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article presents, for the first time in the scientific practice, facts from the history of designing a stone cathedral in honor of the Blessed Prince Alexander Nevsky for the Izhevsk plant. The author analyzes issues of the project attribution and the degree of how the architects A.D. Zakharov, S.E. Dudin and L. Ruska were involved in the project. Being an important religious, social, and cultural institution in the Izhevsk plant during the period from 1825 to 1917, the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral influenced both the formation of the architectural appearance and the development of the social environment of the settlement and the worldview of its residents. Analysis of the complete history of the cathedral, along with the interpretation of architectural symbols, is part of studying the general socio-cultural picture of the Izhevsk plant.</jats:p>
