Abstract

Chávez-Pichardo, Martínez-Cruz, Dorantes-Benavidez, and Arenas-Resendiz apply the Life Cycle Methodology to design a computer program that provides efficient solutions to ODE, with the aim of solving practical problems that require the use of this type of equation, Cortés-Rascón, Patiño-Ortiz, Patiño-Ortiz, and Nuñez-Martinez present an information system designed to optimize the quality of service offered by MVNOs in the context of next-generation mobile networks, Paredes-Páramo, Trejo Martínez, Jiménez-Jarquin and López-Razo propose a systemic approach based on the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), complemented by data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau), to construct and validate institutional indicators that strengthen academic management; Acosta-Mendizábal, Dorantes Benavidez, Guzmán-Barrera, and Estrada-Acosta present a new non-experimental, cross-sectional model simulated in a control design using RNA and in a MATLAB programming environment interacting with a Raspberry Pi computer, Alonso-Reyes, Marín-Villanueva, Ramos-Yáñez, and Vázquez Díaz present the results of a study measuring the level of adoption of information technologies and computer systems in the operations and resource management of 25 micro and small enterprises (MSEs) located in the municipalities of Atlautla, Ozumba, and Tepetlixpa in the eastern part of the State of Mexico, Villafaña-Rivera, Hernández-Simón, Flores-Amador, and Peña-Hernández provide a methodological framework that is applicable and replicable in other study areas with similar characteristics to generate indicators for community-driven strategy development, Fonseca-Pujals, Fleites-Díaz, Mira-Segura, and Cuevas-Olascoaga address the ergonomic deficiencies present in graduate classrooms that affect students’ physical well-being and academic performance, García González, García-García, Pérez-Enríquez, and Castrejón-Sánchez describe the preparation of a zinc oxide (ZnO) and carbon composite; the ZnO was synthesized by electrolysis, with used ground coffee (UGC) added to the electrolytic medium, and finally calcined at 400°C for 30 minutes. ZnO, carbon (C), and the composite were synthesized and characterized. Antonio-Javier, Mulhia-Romero, Nava-Rogel, and Montes de Oca-López analyze the organizational impacts resulting from the forced implementation of telework from a systemic perspective.
