<jats:p>This volume focuses on the quality of Swiss institutional communication in Italian during the Covid-19 pandemic, with a focus on Ticino and Grisons. The first section addresses the language of Swiss Covid-19 legislation. The second focuses on clarity of texts with information purposes (FAQs, press releases, fact sheets, easy-to-read texts). The last section explores the language of Swiss institutional social media used during the emergency, and the way the pandemic was reported in newspapers.</jats:p>
