Abstract
<jats:p>В данной обзорной статье рассматриваются особенности равноправия мужчин и женщин с точки зрения юриспруденции и психофизиологии. Рассмотрены аспекты научного подхода к пониманию равенства прав и свобод индивидуума. Освещаются следующие возможности нового опросника «36 сюжетов», разработанного в лаборатории психофизиологии факультета психологии Санкт-Петербургского государственного университета: драматические сюжеты Ж. Польти легли в основу опросника. Набор драматических сюжетов в различных вариациях используется и на сегодняшний день, не только в психологии. Предложена возможность обосновать дифференцированный подход в законодательном регулировании в области обеспечения и охраны прав граждан различного пола.</jats:p> <jats:p>This review article examines the features of equality between men and women from the point of view of jurisprudence and psychophysiology. Aspects of the scientific approach to understanding the equality of individual rights and freedoms are considered. The following possibilities of the new questionnaire "36 plots", developed in the Laboratory of Psychophysiology at the Faculty of Psychology of St. Petersburg State University, are highlighted: dramatic plots of J. Half of them formed the basis of the questionnaire. A set of dramatic plots in various variations is still used today, not only in psychology. The possibility is proposed to substantiate a differentiated approach in legislative regulation in the field of ensuring and protecting the rights of citizens of different genders.</jats:p>
