Abstract
<jats:p>В статье исследуется процесс вступления в силу норм нового закона о местном самоуправлении (ФЗ-33). Дается оценка положительным и негативным сторонам проводимых реформ, которые затрагивают территориальную организацию муниципалитетов. Рассматриваются перспективы внедрения инновационных технологических решений в сфере финансовых услуг, способных сделать услуги более доступными, удобными, безопасными.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article examines the process of the new law on local self-government (Federal Law No. 33) coming into force. It assesses the positive and negative aspects of the ongoing reforms that affect the territorial organization of municipalities. The article also explores the prospects for implementing innovative technological solutions in the field of financial services, which can make services more accessible, convenient, and secure.</jats:p>
