Abstract
<jats:p>Бюджет является основной финансовой базой деятельности каждого федерального, территориального и муниципального образования, так как исторически и логически он связан с развитием экономики и государственным устройством, вместе с тем существенное влияние на него оказывают задачи, решаемые обществом на том или ином этапе развития. Меняются задачи - должен изменяться и бюджет по объему, формам взаимодействия, составу и структуре доходов и расходов и т.д. Эти обстоятельства и обусловили актуальность выбранной темы статьи, характеризуя особую актуальность и практическую значимость исследования особенностей современной динамики расходов бюджета в целях решения проблемы повышения эффективности управления данными расходами.</jats:p> <jats:p>The budget is the main financial base for the activities of each federal, territorial and municipal entity, since historically and logically it is linked to the development of the economy and the state structure, however, it is significantly influenced by the tasks solved by society at a particular stage of development. Tasks are changing - the budget should also change in terms of volume, forms of interaction, composition and structure of income and expenses, etc. These circumstances determined the relevance of the chosen topic of the article, characterizing the particular relevance and practical significance of studying the features of modern budget expenditure dynamics in order to solve the problem of improving the efficiency of managing these costs. The article discusses current issues and prospects for improving the efficiency of managing federal budget expenditures in the Russian Federation. Special attention is given to the program-targeted approach, the role of digitalization and strategic control, as well as systems for evaluating the effectiveness of expenditures.</jats:p>
