Abstract
<jats:p>Статья посвящена рассмотрению ключевых изменений в работе менеджеров, вызванных разработкой и внедрением новейших технологий, а также рядом других факторов, характерных для современной глобальной и национальной экономики. Рассмотрены изменения в менеджменте вызванные широким переходом к удаленной работе и диджитализацией, что по мнению авторов требует трансформации деловой культуры предприятия и разработки новой этической системы, призванной дать ответы на актуальные вопросы взаимодействия с искусственным интеллектом и внедрения ее в корпоративные стандарты. Авторами определены основные задачи менеджеров в контексте развития инклюзивности и взаимодействия с представителями поколения зет, которые по мнению авторов, требуют к себе особого подхода, что находит выражение в необходимости разработки нового мотивационного механизма, а также систем поддержки карьерного и профессионального роста сотрудников.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article is devoted to the consideration of key changes in the work of managers caused by the development and implementation of the latest technologies, as well as a number of other factors characteristic of the modern global and national economy. The changes in management caused by the widespread transition to remote work and digitalization are considered, which, according to the authors, requires the transformation of the business culture of the enterprise and the development of a new ethical system designed to provide answ ers to topical issues of interaction with artificial intelligence and its implementation into corporate standards. The authors identify the main tasks of managers in the context of developing inclusivity and interaction with representatives of generation Z, which, according to the authors, require a special approach, which is reflected in the need to develop a new motivational mechanism, as well as support systems for the career and professional growth of employees.</jats:p>
