Abstract
<jats:p>В статье рассмотрены актуальные вопросы развития трудовых ресурсов Республики Башкортостан в условиях нарастания трудонедостаточности, ухудшения демографической ситуации и показателей популяционного здоровья населения. Проанализированы аспекты стратегического управления трудовыми ресурсами на региональном уровне и представлен авторский подход к учету факторов риска в рамках основных направлений предлагаемой региональной «Стратегии развития трудовых ресурсов и сохранения здоровья работающих в Республике Башкортостан» (далее – Стратегия). Проведена идентификация рисков в целях формирования структуры Стратегии.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article discusses the current issues of labor resources development in the Republic of Bashkortostan in the context of increasing labor shortages, worsening demographic situation, and population health indicators. The article analyzes the aspects of strategic management of labor resources at the regional level and presents the author's approach to taking into account risk factors within the framework of the main directions of the proposed regional "Strategy for the Development of Labor Resources and the Preservation of the Health of Workers in the Republic of Bashkortostan" (hereinafter referred to as the Strategy). The article identifies risks in order to form the structure of the Strategy.</jats:p>
