Abstract

<jats:p>The article is devoted to the development of an improved method for diagnosing automobile roads using a 3D scanning device. The results of the study are presented, confirming the relationship between the state of the road infrastructure and accident rates. A comprehensive road condition management system is proposed, which includes eight consecutive stages.</jats:p>
