Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the integration between SAP ERP FICO (Finance, Accounting, and Controlling) and Supply Chain Financing (SCF) in enhancing operational and financial performance at one of Indonesia's state-owned banks (Bank BUMN). The main problems identified include disruptions in mobile banking systems and inefficiencies in financial and supply chain management. Using a qualitative descriptive approach based on secondary data, the findings indicate that integrating SAP ERP FICO and SCF improves cash flow efficiency, strengthens financial control, and facilitates strategic collaboration with business partners. The study highlights several advantages, such as enhanced reporting transparency, improved operational efficiency, and stronger relationships with suppliers and customers. However, challenges remain, including high implementation costs, internal resistance, and data security risks. Recommendations include strengthening human resource capacity, implementing effective risk management, and conducting continuous system evaluations. This research contributes to advancing banking digital transformation by leveraging the synergy between information technology and financial management systems.
