<jats:p>A list of 171 publications covering various aspects of studying recent freshwater algae in Chukotka and Magadan Oblast has been compiled. Particular attention is paid to the works by V. G. Kharitonov. Brief summaries of the articles enlisted are provided.</jats:p>
