«THE CULT OF OLEG THE PROPHET» AND THE SACRALIZATION OF IGOR THE OLD

<jats:p>The article is devoted to the study of some very significant aspects of the worldview and religious and mythological ideas in pre-Christian Ancient Rus. The author focuses on the study of the essential foundations of the «cult of Oleg the Prophet,» as well as the influence of the sacralization of this ancient Russian prince on the sacralization of his successors, particularly on the specifics of this process in relation to the ancient Russian Igor the Old.</jats:p>
