Abstract
Since 1992, China-Azerbaijan relations have continued to deepen for 33 years, from initial diplomatic contacts to a comprehensive partnership covering political mutual trust, economic and trade coordination and cultural exchanges. In particular, under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, China-Azerbaijan relations have shown a leap from “point cooperation” to “systematic coordination”. As an important hub country of the “Belt and Road” on the Eurasian continent, Azerbaijan is not only an important strategic partner of China in the South Caucasus region, but also a key fulcrum for promoting land connectivity, energy transportation and cultural exchanges between China and Europe. At present, when digital economy and green transformation have become new trends in global development, China-Azerbaijan cooperation has moved from traditional areas to innovative heights, demonstrating the evolutionary path of “resource complementarity - strategic coordination - a winning future”.
