Abstract

The article presents a comparative analysis of the educational and training process of young tennis players in China and the Kyrgyz Republic. The purpose of the study is to identify similarities and differences in the organization of athletes' training, as well as to substantiate the directions for improving the system of youth tennis in Kyrgyzstan. The paper uses methods of comparative analysis, content analysis of scientific and regulatory sources, pedagogical observation and analysis of open interviews of coaches and athletes. The results of the study showed that the Chinese training model is characterized by early selection, a high degree of institutionalization, scientific support and strict regulation of training loads. In Kyrgyzstan, the educational and training process is more variable and largely depends on the material and technical conditions and the individual experience of the trainers. The expediency of adapting individual elements of the Chinese training system, taking into account the socio-economic and organizational characteristics of the Kyrgyz Republic, is substantiated. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the findings in the development of methodological recommendations for coaches, youth tennis development programs and in further scientific research in the field of physical culture and sports.
