Abstract
<jats:p>This article explores the interconnection between artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet technologies, focusing on their current state and future development trends. It examines the historical evolution of AI, its capabilities in processing and analyzing data through the Internet, and its influence on major sectors such as education, medicine, economy, and everyday life. The authors analyze both the advantages of AI integration and the emerging ethical, social, and legal challenges. Particular attention is given to future directions, including Explainable AI, democratized AI, and the concept of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). The study concludes that AI and Internet technologies are becoming key drivers of economic and social progress while also introducing new responsibilities for humanity. This article will be valuable for students, educators, and professionals interested in understanding how technological innovations shape the future of society.</jats:p>
