THE PROBLEMS OF ORGANIZING COUNTERACTION TO THE INVOLVEMENT OF MINORS IN TELEPHONE FRAUD

<jats:p>The article examines the problems of the organization of countering telephone fraud in our country. The factors contributing to the development of cybercrime and the consequences of this type of crime are considered. A new trend in the development of telephone fraud is being studied, related to the active involvement of minors in IT crimes. The article examines the problems of organizing counteraction to the involvement of minors in participating in telephone fraud as drops. One of the problems can be noted the insufficient educational work in educational institutions in this area. Recommendations are given at the end of the article.</jats:p>
