<jats:p>The monograph examines the problems of modeling management mechanisms for the innovative and investment development of the Russian economy in the context of digital and technological transformation. The main conceptual approaches that determine how the national economy can develop through innovation are analyzed. Various models and theories of innovative development, their advantages and limitations, and how they can be applied to stimulate economic growth in different countries are discussed. Modern methodological approaches to determining the economic efficiency of innovation and investment activities are considered. The necessity of a strategic approach to the integration of the Russian economy into the global economic system as a key factor for strengthening innovation processes in the country and the structure of the mechanism of innovative development of the national economy are formulated. The economic essence and nature of the innovative potential, as well as its role in the economic processes of the country, are formulated. Effective innovation management is becoming a key factor determining the competitiveness and long-term development of enterprises.
