Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of potential areas for strengthening the logistics potential of Ukrainian power transmission companies. This should contribute to increasing the reliability of the country's power system, reducing logistics risks, optimizing costs and creating long-term competitive advantages in the process of European integration. It was determined that the key areas for strengthening the logistics potential of domestic power transmission companies at this time are the introduction of digital transformation of logistics processes and operations; the creation of logistics hubs; the localization of production for the manufacture of equipment, components and components for power company facilities; improving coordination with suppliers and contractors; the introduction of category management; the development of human capital. The effects of the implementation of each area are thoroughly described. The attention of company management is focused on the priority of digitalization of logistics operations and processes, the creation of strategic reserves, the coordination of supply chains, the development of local production of components, spare parts and necessary technical devices for power transmission and personnel training. It is indicated that the implementation of these areas will increase the efficiency of the functioning of companies and strengthen the energy security of Ukraine in the long term. It is noted that strengthening the logistics potential will make it possible to reduce the delivery time of components, spare parts and necessary technical devices for energy transmission and significantly reduce the risks of the latter's shortage, increase the mobility of technical teams and the transparency of logistics processes, as well as optimize costs. The following organizational steps are proposed for implementation: audit of current logistics processes and identification of weaknesses, review and adjustment of the long-term logistics strategy with a period of its implementation of at least three years, budgeting of logistics costs and development of measures to reduce them, introduction of full digitalization of operations and processes of logistics orientation, training and certification of logistics personnel.
