<jats:p>The article describes the tradition of carved ornamentation of wooden architecture in the late 19th – mid-20th centuries of the Belarusian city of Mahilew. Based on the analysis of a large number of collected photographic materials on this topic, the classification of the architectural ornamentation used is presented, and the characteristic features of the decoration of wooden architecture in this city are identified and described.</jats:p>
