Abstract
The article provides a theoretical substantiation of the essence and content of integration of natural science and health-preserving educational fields in primary school. The relevance of the study is обусловлена the need to strengthen the health-preserving orientation of the educational process in the context of the New Ukrainian School, increasing psycho-emotional нагрузки on primary school children, decreasing their motor activity, and limiting direct interaction with the natural environment. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, it is established that natural science and health-preserving educational fields have common content, activity-based and value-oriented characteristics, which create the basis for their effective integration. The study emphasizes that the natural environment should be considered not only as an object of study, but also as an important educational resource that ensures the integration of cognitive, motor and emotional activities of students. The didactic potential of such forms and methods as outdoor lessons, observations, inquiry-based learning, mini-projects, nature excursions, targeted walks, interactive technologies and movement-based tasks with natural science content is revealed. The pedagogical conditions for effective integration are substantiated, including teacher readiness to implement an integrated approach, purposeful use of the natural environment, safe organization of educational activities, combination of learning with motor activity, and variability of the educational space. It is proved that the integration of these educational fields contributes to the holistic development of primary school students, the formation of environmental awareness, health-preserving competence and a conscious attitude towards personal health.
