Abstract
<jats:p>The relevance of this topic stems from the necessity to implement scientifically justified approaches in clinical practice to enhance the effectiveness of rehabilitation interventions and improve the quality of life of people after humeral fractures. The article highlights the importance of evidence-based methods of physical therapy following humeral fractures. Their significance, types, and current necessity are presented. Methods of physical therapy at different stages of rehabilitation after humeral fractures and the most effective evidence of interventions are discussed. The article outlines the main rehabilitation objectives at different stages of recovery, focusing on pain and edema reduction, prevention of contractures and other complications, and avoidance of recurrent trauma. In addition, the discussion emphasizes the integration of clinical expertise with patient values, highlighting the necessity of individualized approaches that respect both scientific evidence and personal expectations. Special attention is given to the role of international guidelines and systematic reviews, which confirm the relevance of progressive strengthening, functional task-oriented therapy, and supervised rehabilitation programs. These approaches are increasingly recognized as standards of care in many countries, ensuring that patients regain independence and quality of life. Ultimately, the study underlines that evidence-based physical therapy is not only a scientific requirement but also a practical necessity for modern healthcare systems, as it provides clinicians with reliable tools to optimize recovery and minimize long-term disability.</jats:p>
