Abstract
The article examines modern software tools for human resource management at an enterprise, including domestic information systems such as PeopleForce, Hurma and Vpravno, as well as foreign analogues – BambooHR, Zoho People and SAP SuccessFactors. In the context of digital transformation, effective automation of HR processes becomes a key factor in ensuring competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises. The study models the process of selecting the optimal HRM system using a multi-criteria decision-making approach. A system of ten evaluation criteria was substantiated, including functionality, level of HR process automation, acquisition and operating costs, integration capabilities, interface convenience, localization, analytics and reporting, scalability, and technical support. Weight coefficients were assigned to each criterion based on expert assessment, reflecting their relative importance for domestic enterprises. The utility of each alternative was calculated using a linear weighted sum model, which ensured objectivity and transparency in comparing the analyzed systems. The results demonstrated that while all considered HRM solutions meet basic personnel management needs, their effectiveness differs depending on enterprise size, budget constraints and strategic goals. Domestic systems are better adapted to Ukrainian legislation and more affordable for small and medium-sized businesses, whereas foreign platforms provide broader strategic functionality and scalability for large corporations. According to the obtained results, the Hurma system has the highest utility value and is substantiated as the most rational solution for improving personnel management at domestic enterprises. At the same time, the study emphasizes that the final choice of HRM software must correspond to the specific organizational and technological conditions of a company.
