Abstract
<jats:p>The article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of a change-oriented organizational culture in the context of strategic transformations of enterprises. It substantiates that organizational culture acts as a critical factor in the successful implementation of strategic changes, determining the level of adaptability, engagement, and behavioral readiness of personnel for transformational processes. The approaches of domestic and foreign scholars to interpreting the role of organizational culture in strategic management are analyzed, and the distinctive features of a change-oriented culture compared to traditional types of organizational culture are identified. The influence of strategic changes on values, norms, and employee behavior is investigated, and the role of leadership in shaping the cultural prerequisites for supporting change is revealed. Particular attention is paid to managerial tools for supporting cultural transformations and to approaches for assessing the effectiveness of a change-oriented organizational culture in the context of the strategic development of an enterprise. The obtained results can be used in strategic management practice to enhance the effectiveness of transformational processes and ensure the sustainable development of enterprises in a dynamic external environment.</jats:p>
