Abstract
<jats:p>The article examines the theoretical and organizational foundations of the use of agrarian notes and agrarian notes in the process of attracting financing by domestic agricultural enterprises. The essence of agrarian notes and agrarian receipts and their types are indicated. It is noted that agrarian receipts, in accordance with the legislation, are divided into commodity receipts, which oblige the debtor to deliver products within the appropriate time frames, and financial receipts, which provide for the mandatory payment of the agreed amount of money. Models of the use of agrarian receipts in banking practice are highlighted. The advantages of using agrarian receipts for banks and representatives of agrarian business are determined. It is indicated that the use of agrarian receipts can reduce risks for the creditor. The dynamics of the number and cost of agrarian receipts in Ukraine are analyzed. The study also identifies the stages of the use of agrarian notes. The characteristic differences between an agrarian receipt and an agrarian note are indicated. It is noted that the key difference between an agricultural note and an agricultural receipt is that an agricultural note is a financial instrument in the form of a security that has expanded circulation and collateral capabilities, while an agricultural receipt is a specialized collateral document aimed at providing financing for agricultural producers secured by future products. The results of the study identify the prospects for the use of these instruments for attracting financing by agricultural enterprises and provide recommendations for simplifying agribusiness access to financial resources. It is indicated that the effective functioning of these instruments will create additional conditions for attracting more flexible and affordable credit resources, which will contribute to increasing competitiveness and effective development of the domestic agricultural sector.</jats:p>
