Abstract

Increasing innovative activity is one of the most important conditions for ensuring the competitiveness of the economy, the effective functioning of production systems and improving the quality of products and services. In modern conditions of globalization and increased competition, it is innovations that are the key factor in economic growth, the formation of new market opportunities and increasing the efficiency of economic activity. At the same time, the effectiveness of innovative activity largely depends on the level of development of the innovative infrastructure, which ensures the interaction of science, business and the state, promotes the commercialization of scientific developments and creates favorable conditions for the development of innovative entrepreneurship [1]. Innovative infrastructure is an important component of the innovative economy and is one of the key tools for the formation and implementation of innovative potential. In socio-economic conditions, the problem of developing innovative entrepreneurial potential, which determines the possibilities of creating and implementing new technologies, products and organizational solutions, is of particular relevance. It is the innovative entrepreneurial potential that largely determines the rates of economic growth of the state, the level of development of individual regions, as well as the level of welfare of the population. Regional development largely depends on the ability of territories to effectively use available resources, stimulate the innovative activity of business entities and form a favorable environment for the development of entrepreneurship. In this context, the management of innovative entrepreneurial potential at the regional level is of particular importance. Effective management mechanisms allow to activate innovative processes, promote the development of entrepreneurial initiatives, increase the competitiveness of the regional economy and ensure sustainable socio-economic development of territories. At the same time, the formation of innovative entrepreneurial potential requires a systemic approach, which involves coordinating the interests of the state, business and the scientific community, as well as creating institutional conditions for the development of innovative activity. Innovative entrepreneurial potential determines the pace of economic development of the country, the level of development of regions and the growth of the population's well-being. Therefore, at the initial stages of the formation of innovative potential, it is important to ensure its orientation towards achieving a level that exceeds similar indicators of leading countries in the world. Only under such conditions is it possible to ensure higher rates of economic growth, increase the competitiveness of the national economy and gradually bring the standard of living of the population closer to the standards of the European Union countries.
