Abstract

<jats:p>The choice of the research topic is due to the steady growth of public interest in mixed martial arts (MMA), the development of the fitness industry, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle in the Russian Federation. A comprehensive and economically sound business model has been developed for the “Molot MMA” martial arts club in Krasnodar. The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of business planning in the field of physical culture and sports, examines approaches to developing strategies for sports organizations, and explores their financial, economic, and legal aspects. The regional sports services market was analyzed, the competitive environment, advantages, and potential growth points of the “Molot MMA” club were assessed. A marketing plan was developed, including positioning, pricing, promotion tools, and customer loyalty measures. A financial plan was created, including initial investments, revenue and expense projections, profitability indicators, and the project's payback period. The project's risks were analyzed, and measures were proposed to minimize them.</jats:p>
