Institutional foundations of inheritance in Russia

<jats:p>The author emphasizes that institution of inheritance ensures succession in the field of private property, contributes to the stability of civil circulation, and guarantees the implementation of citizens' constitutional right to inheritance. The increasing number of inheritance disputes, the high level of conflict between heirs, the complexity of legal regulation, and the diversity of practical situations create a persistent need for an in-depth analysis of the mechanisms for the protection and enforcement of inheritance rights. Therefore, studying the legal means to restore violated inheritance rights and prevent their violation is not only theoretically important, but also has significant practical implications.</jats:p>
