Integration of physical and emotional experience in the practice of providing psychological assistance in a difficult life situation

<jats:p>The study is devoted to the problem of integrating bodily and emotional experience in the practice of providing psychological assistance in a difficult life situation. The relevance of the work is due to the growing psychological burden on the population and the need to restore the integrity of the community. The chapter identifies the mechanisms of integration at various levels of the organization of the psyche and body, describes the dynamics of the process as a rhythmic wave with phases of rapprochement and distance. An integrative methodological approach has been developed to capture the dynamics of integration. The results can be used in the practice of psychological assistance and specialist training.</jats:p>
