Abstract
<jats:p>Based on the existing developments of the Digital Economy national project, it can be said that, despite the problems that arise at the beginning of working with new software, the often difficult adaptation of personnel, the lack of sufficient professional personnel at the initial stage of software implementation, as well as other problematic issues, the global process of import substitution in the Russian Federation cannot be stopped. It is the study of this process that forms the basis of the proposed material. Based on the selection of criteria for the management algorithms of the Kaluga Astral group of companies working in the field of information technology, new innovative ways of development are being sought, and non-standard solutions are being proposed to improve the existing management system.</jats:p>
