Abstract

<jats:p>This chapter is devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of early professional diagnosis and orientation of students with disabilities at the basic general education level, aimed at mastering engineering and technical specialties. The article considers the specifics of the psychophysical characteristics of this category of students, which determines their professional capabilities in technical fields, as well as the factors of professional self-determination. The substantial characteristics of the career guidance minimum for students with disabilities and disabilities at the basic, basic and advanced levels of complexity are highlighted. The algorithms of career guidance support for students with hearing, vision, speech, musculoskeletal disorders, ASD and ASD are described, including adapted procedures for conducting and implementing the content of career guidance diagnostics.</jats:p>
