Problems of functioning of the qualified legal aid system in Russia: legal aspect

<jats:p>The right to qualified legal assistance is one of the key elements of the legal system of the modern state, ensuring the realization and protection of human and civil rights and freedoms. In the context of dynamically changing legislation, the complexity of legal relations and the growth of social expectations of the population, the relevance of this study is of particular importance. This section discusses the content of the right to qualified/free legal assistance. The article also examines the specifics of its implementation in the system of other constitutional rights and freedoms. The problems of the functioning of the system are identified and ways of legislative improvement are proposed.</jats:p>
