<jats:p>The monograph is the result of a research project in the area of socio-cultural animation, which proposes work with students integrating theoretical knowledge with the acquisition of interpersonal skills in action. Its aim was to examine the possibility of using activating methods in working with various groups. Due to their diversity and flexibility, they can be used to develop personal and social competences – skills in collaborating in diverse teams, resolving conflicts and dealing with problems.</jats:p>
