Abstract
<jats:p>The monograph contains previously unpublished, original research and review works presented at the 57th Scientific Apiculture Conference in March 2020 in Cieszyn. In this way, it consolidates the scientific achievements of the Conference. This favours the idea of exchanging ideas, which serves both the improvement of the research methods and the expansion of beekeeping knowledge. The scientific value of articles, confirmed by reviews, can also be a very credible source of knowledge for science popularisers. By the decision of the Scientific Committee of the Conference and the Editors of the Monograph, the articles are published in Polish or English, with the proviso that the title and abstract of the article will be provided each time in the second language. This is to promote the dissemination of the knowledge contained in the monograph among people interested in beekeeping in Poland and to reach foreign recipients. The post-conference monograph of the 57th Scientific Apiculture Conference, appearing in the Open Access system, enables immediate access to its content in electronic version all over the world.</jats:p>
