Abstract
<jats:p>This guidebook provides a practical framework for adopting an inclusive business ecosystem for cooperatives and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). It focuses on enhancing collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and value creation to achieve equitable and sustainable economic growth. The book is structured into several activity-based modules, including identifying member needs, mapping stakeholder ecosystems, building successful partnerships, and designing inclusive business strategies. Each section integrates theoretical concepts with practical exercises, enabling participants to develop actionable solutions in real-world cooperative and MSME contexts. This work contributes to strengthening cooperative-based economic systems by improving efficiency, innovation, and inclusive participation among stakeholders.</jats:p>
