Abstract

The monograph reveals the theoretical and methodological organizational, legal and economic and ecological principles of the formation of a constitutionally motivated system of balanced nature use in the agricultural sphere of Ukraine. A scientific and practical analysis and synthesis of the cause-and-effect relationships implemented since the beginning of the 90s of the last century up to now of the measures of the so-called land reform in Ukraine has been carried out. The urgent need, without waiting for the end of the war, to institutionalize the current constitutional norms of the right of ownership of the Ukrainian people to land and its natural resources as natural objects — the main national wealth, which de jure is under special protection of the state, has been substantiated. A new system of the Cognitive Land Economy of Ukraine has been opened for the first time, the functioning of which, in the process of «Land Reform in Ukraine: a new paradigm», will ensure a painless settlement of existing problems of land and nature use and the formation of various family farms as a platform for a comfortable life of Ukrainians on the Native Land. Recommended for representatives of state authorities, scientists, teachers, students and all those interested in finding ways to solve the problems of land relations and the use of natural resources, especially in the agricultural sphere of Ukraine, based on the current norms and principles of constitutional land pragmatism.
