Abstract

<jats:p>The methodological recommendations scientifically substantiate the maximum permissible concentration of 17ß-estradiol in raw milk when accepted for processing. This allows you to control the concentration of the estrogen hormone that is safe for consumers and apply preven- tive measures, both for milk already received and for producers. The recommendations are intended for specialists from research institutions, milk produ­ cing farms, milk processing enterprises, and specialists from the state veterinary medicine service.</jats:p>
