Abstract
<jats:p>The methodological recommendations scientifically substantiate the maximum permissible concentration of 17ß-estradiol in raw milk when accepted for processing. This allows you to control the concentration of the estrogen hormone that is safe for consumers and apply preven- tive measures, both for milk already received and for producers. The recommendations are intended for specialists from research institutions, milk produ cing farms, milk processing enterprises, and specialists from the state veterinary medicine service.</jats:p>
