Features of the impact of climate change on agricultural production and ecosystems of Polissya: forecast and adaptation.

<jats:p>The study presents findings on the transformation of the Polissia region into a new grain and oilseed belt as a result of climate change. It examines the region’s natural conditions, soil characteristics, climate patterns, and the status of land reclamation systems. The analysis includes trends in temperature and moisture availability, along with the risks of land degradation processes. Changes in vegetation condition (as indicated by NDVI), cropping patterns, crop yields, and the state of wetlands and forests are also highlighted. The study demonstrates the effectiveness of satellite data in agroecological monitoring of climate change impacts on agroecosystems. It outlines the potential for forecasting continued warming and identifying pathways for adapting agricultural production to climate change in Polissia. The publication is intended for agricultural professionals, policymakers, researchers, educators, and students in related fields.</jats:p>
