Abstract
<jats:p>The practical manual provides information on the origin, medicinal properties and nutritional value of asparagus, analyzes its biological features and the reaction of promising new hybrids studied at the environmental trial in the Kharkiv region. The main elements of the production technology of green asparagus under various conditions of ridgeless technology are presented: from obtaining planting material to planting commercial plantations. For sustainable production of this perennial crop, obtaining high economic and production indicators, to determine agricultural measures to create a innovative «vegetable conveyor».
