AUTOMATING THE PROCESS OF GENERATING TECHNOLOGICAL DATA FOR PRODUCTION PLANNING SYSTEMS OF SHEET METAL PARTS USING VARIABLE MANUFACTURING PROCESSES

<jats:p>Based on analysing the methods of forming technological processes (TP) for production planning systems of manufac-turing products in mechanical engineering, the authors propose a combined method and develop an algorithm. It al-lows implementing end-to-end route technological processes for manufacturing sheet metal parts in automatic mode using variable technological processes (VTP), and in dialog mode using modern TP design systems. As a result of the study, the «Automated production preparation system for manufacturing special serial chassis» is developed and im-plemented, which ensures the design of end-to-end route technological processes for manufacturing sheet metal parts of machines.</jats:p>
