Application of decoration as a component of interior design of residential buildings

<jats:p>The monograph examines the use of decoration as a component of the interior design of residential buildings. It highlights a retrospective of the development of types and systems of decoration, aesthetic and operational properties of materials for interior decoration of walls, ceilings and floors. Special attention is paid to the selection and rational use of finishing materials in premises for various purposes, taking into account functional and operational requirements and the role of finishing in shaping the interior.</jats:p>
