Abstract
<jats:p> This volume describes Ca’ Foscari’s experience of twelve researchers who received grants awarded as part of the <jats:italic>P.A.R.I. – Progetti e Azioni di Rete Innovativi per la parità e l’equilibrio di genere</jats:italic> project, funded by the Veneto Region between 2023 and 2024. It reflects on strategies to counter gender stereotyping in different contexts and for different target groups, behavioral and leadership skills, innovation of organizational and human resource management models. The book is relevant for the academia, students, but also for public and private entities working to promote gender equality in their environments. </jats:p>
