SPECIALIZATION AS A PROMISING DIRECTION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF GLOBAL JUSTICE

<jats:p>The author argues thesis that specialization of the magistrates as Justice of the Peace’s representatives is possible. The author refers to law, according to which Intellectual Property Court and Military Courts are created. In addition, there are scientists who consider specialization of the magistrates as mechanism of development of the judicial system. The author suggests creating special magistrates for electoral rights’ cases according to the electoral law. The author’s thesis is under discussion. But this topic is actual, because it helps to determine the way of further development of magistrates as Justice of the Peace’s representatives.</jats:p>
