Abstract
<jats:p>Настоящая монография посвящена вопросам развития комплаенс-сопровождения сделок слияния и поглощения применительно к энергетической отрасли. Авторами проведен критический анализ отечественного и зарубежного опыта в вопросах комплаенс-сопровождения сделок M&A, определены перспективы развития комплаенс в России. Материалы исследования будут полезны студентам экономических образовательных программ, аспирантам, преподавателям вузов и колледжей, а также практикующим специалистам.The scientific novelty of the work lies in the creation of a structural scheme for calculating the parameters of anchor fastening, identifying patterns of changes in the parameters of the support under the influence of operating conditions and developing software for automated design of the support. The material will be useful for specialists in the field of mining, design and operation of mine workings, as well as for researchers involved in the development and implementation of innovative technologies in the mining industry.
