Abstract
<jats:p>The textbook reviews the main international treaties and institutional regulations of states applicable to the legal regulation of Caspian Sea environmental protection. In the context of their key provisions and historical significance. The main international treaties included in the textbook, as well as documents adopted within the framework of the CIS and EEAS, are important for the formation of environmental policy of Russia and other Caspian Sea states and were taken into account in the development of the environmental doctrine of the Russian Federation. The textbook will be useful for effective analysis of the legal framework of environmental protection activities in the Caspian region. For undergraduates of MGIMO MFA of Russia, studying in the program of “International Economic Law”, as well as for a wide range of persons whose activities are related to the use of natural resources and environmental protection.</jats:p>
