Abstract

<jats:p>The collection represents proceedings of the XX International Scientific Conference “Problems of Theoretical Cybernetics” (Moscow, December 5–8, 2024) dedicated to 270th anniversary of Lomonosov Moscow State University and 100th anniversary of S. V. Yablonsky, corresponding member of Russian Academy of Sciences.
