Abstract
When teaching Russian phonetics to Chinese students it is important to take into account the fact that in China there is almost full coexistence of the literary language (Mandarin) and dialects. It means that the sources of interference are two phonetic systems: literary and dialect. This article studies the mistakes Sichuan students make when studying Russian sonorous consonants. The author analyses the reasons for these mistakes and describes the strongest features of the Sichuan accent in this field.
