Abstract
<jats:p>In a pandemic and crisis situation, ensuring sustainable development of the company and stable business development of energy supply organizations, requires non-standard, often innovative solutions, as well as transformation of the company's business, a balanced and justified approach to the necessary changes in the management structure, as well as solving tactical management issues when implementing the necessary changes. The study examines the economic and managerial processes associated with business transformation in energy supply companies using the example of the «Kyzylorda-Zharygy» Holding Association. The scientific works of foreign scientists, economists, and also Kazakh scientists were studied. The monograph contains theoretical and methodological issues, and also presents an analysis of the Holding and intermediate results of the study. The presented research will be of interest to industry specialists, students of higher education institutions and anyone interested in modern methodology for the development and transformation of business in the electric power sector.</jats:p>
