Modern approaches to biodiversity analysis of plant communities

<jats:p>The textbook is designed to study approaches and methods of vegetation biodiversity analysis. The methods of assessment species and functional diversity as well as dark diversity in plant communities are given. Ecological scales for assessment disturbance intensity of vegetation cover are given. For all the methods, examples of data analysis in the R statistical environment are given. All the information belongs to native and adventitious species of the Moscow region. The textbook is intended to students, graduate students, researchers, biologists and ecologists of biology, agriculture, forestry, and natural science faculties of universities.</jats:p>
