Abstract
<jats:p>The article discusses the experience of conducting initial specialized accreditation of clinical and pharmaceutical specialists at the official venue in Krasnoyarsk in 2024. Objective- conduct an analysis of the training of members of accreditation subcommittees, university departments, and accreditation center staff involved in the implementation of accreditation stages. Materials and methods. During the study, a survey was conducted using a questionnaire designed to assess readiness for accreditation. The survey involved members of subcommittees, the accreditation support team, and the entities themselves undergoing accreditation, which will participate in the initial specialized accreditation in 2024. Results. Accreditation requires the involvement of a technical staff member with the authority to accept and process documents and relieve subcommittee members of these duties. When organizing testing, it is necessary to be able to view the percentage of completed tasks immediately after completion, with the option to fill out an application for retesting. In the second stage, 68% of subcommittee chairpersons are not familiar with the changes to the checklists, while 76% of secretaries are fully informed about the changes in accreditation by specialty, random options, and changes. Preliminary training of all participants in the accreditation organization can reduce the percentage of unrecorded skills demonstrated by the accredited by 98%. The excellent training of station confederates, noted in 95% of the expert survey responses, allows us to propose the introduction of this position for the PSA on a permanent basis. Conclusion. All innovations prepared for FAC accreditation require mandatory notification of all subcommittee members. 63% of subcommittee experts agreed to undergo preliminary remote training for accreditation in order to understand the goals and objectives.</jats:p>
